​Thank you for considering becoming a member of the Chisago Lakes Rotary Club! 


Together, we serve our community, locally and globally, and build friendships while we serve.


Members of the Chisago Lakes Rotary pay $500 per year for Membership Dues.  These dues help pay for: 

$250 Per member Supports Rotary International Priorities and Grant Program 
•  Rotary International leads the eradication of polio, clean water across communities, promoting peace, and education worldwide. Your dues help address these humanitarian needs.

•  Rotary District 5960 Grants help fund big impact projects. We have received grants for the Peace Pole Garden (2024), Pollinator Garden (2021), Ultrasound Equipment for volunteer doctors serving in Jamaica (2015); Books/Computers for two schools in Knysna South Africa (2014). Your dues help support the Rotary grant program.

 $250   Per Member Supports Chisago Lakes Club Operations/Administration

• ​​Food for lunches and socials (including annual picnic, holiday party, and membership drive event). We pay for our guest speakers’ meals and for occasional guests. As a member, if you cannot attend a lunch meeting, you are welcome to send someone in your place. Corporate members regularly send different employees.


 • ​​Basic Operations, such as storage unit rental, website fee, tax filing, occasional event room rental, banners/signs/ads, purchase of basic supplies, memorials/flowers, candy for parades & Trick or Treat on Mainstreet.


Funds from our Fundraising Events are separate from Club operations. They go to support important Community Programs (e.g., Let’s Go Fishing, Chisago Lakes & Wolf Creek student scholarships, Family Pathways) and Service Projects (e.g., Rotary Park, Ojiketa Park, Anonymous Santa, Community Meals, Swedish Immigrant Trail, Bike Safety, “Strive” Middle School Mentor program).
