2022 Annual Chisago Lakes Rotary Golf Tournament

The Chisago Lakes Rotary would like to thank everyone who supported and participated in the 2022 Annual Chisago Lakes Rotary Golf Tournament.  The tournament was held on Tuesday, June 14 at the Chisago Lakes Golf Course, with 17 teams participating.  Gold sponsors each gave $1000 to the tournament: Gregory Contracting and Midwest One Bank.  Also Thank you to Ecumen Point Pleasant Heights and Eichten’s Cheese for being major sponsors.

Congratulation to our winning teams.  The winning Men’s team was Team State Farm Insurance: Mike O’Malley, Jason Huseth, Ben Forsberg, and Paul Gibson.  The winning Women’s team was Team Midwest One: Jodi Greene, Laura Zachmann, Becky Carlson, and Lisa Eickman.  The winning Mixed team was Team Move-It Realty: Chris DuBose, Megan Corradi, Travis Hillis, and Dave Pung.

The Chisago Lakes Rotary gave half of the proceeds to Northwoods Humane Society.  The rest of the proceeds will support the Chisago Lakes Rotary and several of our current projects:  Pollinator gardens along the Highway 8 corridor; Swedish Immigrant Bike Trail trailhead development, including kiosk, bike rack, and more at Tern Ave. in Shafer Township; initiate a local program to bring about awareness and fight all aspects of human trafficking; and to continue our support of community, state, national and international efforts that make the world we live in a much better place to pass on to future generations.
