Military Care package Drive
The Chisago Lakes Rotary assisted the Forest Lake High School Rotary Interact Club, in Partnership with the Hugo Yellow Ribbon Network, to help collect items for their Military Care Package Drive.
Results from the 2025 Military Care Package Drive, run by the
Forest Lake High School Rotary Interact club: They raised
$5,000 plus many food items donated. They were able to send
care packages to 120 soldiers and 90 airmen from the Minnesota
National Guard.

At our Monthly Rotary Luncheon, Mayor Jill Behnke gave the group updates on the Trailhead plans for the Swedish Immigrant Trail in Center City. Updates were given on fundraising, trail plans, and discussion on what Rotary will provide once the trailhead is constructed. Lots of energy and excitement was expressed about these plans, and Rotary is looking forward to being a part of another trailhead project!

Chisago Lakes Rotary partnered with the Lindstrom Fire Relief to host the "Brews and Tunes" Fundraiser! It was a great night, and proceed will go to support Lindstrom Fire and Chisago Lakes Rotary.
The Rotary Peace Park and Trail came together with the goal to make peace visible in this community. Rotary Clubs strive to do good works and often multiple clubs cooperate on a project, which is what happened for this Chisago City location, overseen by Chisago Lakes Rotary.
Celebration of the Lakes- 2025!

Despite the 6 inch snowfall the night before, Celebration of the Lakes was a huge success! Thank you to Josh Soderlund (Soderlunds Wood Mill), Jason Sweno (Team Sweno Tree Service) and Jeff Bouchee (Lake State Carpet Cleaning) for cutting the ice, and plowing the snow. And thank you to our friends at Chisago Lakes Good Neighbors Club for their extra volunteer help!

Every Year for our July Social we host an annual party for the exchanging of our leadership. This year we were able to thank our President Chris Dubose for his dedication and service for the last year, and welcome new president, John Pechman!
